Support

Questions, bugs, or anything not covered below: hello@theperennial.app. We read every email and usually reply within a day or two.

Managing or canceling a subscription

Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through your Apple ID, not by us — we never see your payment details. To change or cancel:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
  3. Choose Perennial and adjust or cancel from there.

Canceling stops future renewals but doesn’t refund the current period. Perennial also has a shortcut to this same screen: Settings → Manage Subscription inside the app.

Restoring a purchase

If you’ve reinstalled the app or moved to a new device, open Settings inside the app (or the paywall’s gear icon, if you haven’t unlocked it yet) and tap Restore Purchases. This re-applies whichever subscription or the Lifetime purchase is already tied to your Apple ID.

Connecting a Synology NAS

Synology is optional — the app works fully with iCloud Photos alone. If a NAS connection isn’t working, double-check that your device is on the same network as the NAS (or that QuickConnect / remote access is enabled on the NAS itself), and that the account you’re signing in with has access to the photo folders you’ve selected.

Something else

Email hello@theperennial.app with what you’re seeing — a screenshot helps — and we’ll get back to you.
